If you have questions, we have answers. Our Guest Services Centre is located on the main level near centre court. The Guest Services Centre is open during all regular and special holiday shopping hours and our friendly representatives are available to assist you with:

• Location of stores, services and phone numbers
• Coat check 
• Strollers and wheelchairs
• Lost and found
• Gift card sales
• Mall promotions
• Transit information

Complimentary Wheelchairs & Strollers:
Wheelchairs and strollers are available on a first-come, first-served basis at the Guest Services Centre, located on the upper level, just off the escalator.

Lockers:
Too many bags and not enough hands? Lockers are available for a nominal fee.

Lost & Found:
Lost items can be dropped off at the Guest Services Centre. Whenever possible, we trace owners of items with some form of identification.
